Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, enrolling in a course, booking services, or purchasing digital products from Satori Co Lab, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Services Overview

 

Satori Co Lab provides:

  • Kinesiology services

  • Emotional processing facilitation

  • Body mapping frameworks

  • Digital education programs

  • Organisational and leadership regulation frameworks

All services are educational and capacity-building in nature.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to:

  • Purchase services

  • Enrol in courses

  • Participate in programs

Payment Terms

All prices are listed in AUD unless stated otherwise.

Payment is required in full unless a payment plan is offered.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of access to services or digital programs.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and educational programs:

  • Course purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted.

  • Session cancellation policies will be outlined at time of booking.

  • Rescheduling requires minimum 12 hours notice.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds where services have been accessed or delivered.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within Satori Co Lab programs — including but not limited to:

  • Frameworks

  • Written materials

  • Workbooks

  • Videos

  • Graphics

  • Course structures

  • Regulation models

Is the intellectual property of Satori Co Lab.

You may not:

  • Reproduce

  • Distribute

  • Teach

  • License

  • Republish

Without written permission.

Access does not grant ownership.

Participant Conduct

When engaging in courses or community spaces, participants agree to:

  • Act respectfully

  • Maintain confidentiality

  • Not provide unsolicited advice to others

  • Not present themselves as representatives of Satori Co Lab

We reserve the right to remove participants who breach these terms.

Confidentiality

While we aim to maintain confidentiality within programs, we cannot guarantee confidentiality in group environments.

Participants are responsible for their own disclosures.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Satori Co Lab is not liable for:

  • Health outcomes

  • Emotional distress

  • Business decisions

  • Financial outcomes

  • Indirect or consequential losses

Participation is voluntary and self-directed.

Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service

  • Suspend access

  • Terminate participation

If conduct breaches these Terms and Conditions.

Amendments

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
