COURSE PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT

Agreement Overview

This Course Participant Agreement (“Agreement”) governs participation in all courses, workshops, digital programs, cohort experiences, and educational offerings provided by Satori Co Lab (“Satori,” “we,” “us,” “our”).

By enrolling in or accessing any Satori course or program, you (“Participant,” “you”) agree to the terms outlined below.

Educational Scope

All Satori courses and programs are educational and capacity-building in nature.

They are designed to provide:

  • Nervous system literacy

  • Regulation frameworks

  • Somatic awareness education

  • Emotional processing models

  • Identity and behavioural integration tools

  • Relational and systemic awareness frameworks

Satori programs do not:

  • Diagnose medical or mental health conditions

  • Provide psychotherapy

  • Replace medical advice

  • Offer crisis intervention

Participation does not establish a therapeutic or clinical relationship.

Self-Responsibility & Self-Led Participation

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and psychological wellbeing.

  • You will engage with practices at your own pace.

  • You will seek appropriate medical or mental health support where necessary.

  • You understand that regulation is a self-led process.

Satori provides frameworks for integration. Application is your responsibility.

Health & Safety Acknowledgement

Some courses may involve:

  • Breathwork

  • Somatic tracking

  • Emotional exploration

  • Body-based awareness practices

By participating, you confirm that:

  • You are medically and psychologically fit to engage in educational self-regulation practices.

  • You will discontinue participation if you experience distress beyond your capacity.

  • You will seek professional support where required.

Satori Co Lab is not liable for adverse reactions arising from voluntary participation.

Confidentiality in Group Programs

For group-based programs:

  • Participants agree to respect the confidentiality of others.

  • Personal disclosures shared within group settings must not be shared externally.

  • Satori cannot guarantee confidentiality of other participants.

You are responsible for your own disclosures.

Intellectual Property

All course materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Satori Co Lab, including but not limited to:

  • Regulation frameworks

  • Pillars, phases, and models

  • Written content

  • Videos and recordings

  • Workbooks and templates

  • Diagrams and system maps

  • Teaching language

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute materials

  • Teach Satori frameworks without written permission

  • Use materials for commercial purposes

  • Modify or repackage content

Access does not grant ownership or licensing rights.

Practitioner & Professional Boundaries

Completion of a Satori course does not:

  • Certify you as a Satori practitioner

  • Authorise you to represent Satori

  • Grant permission to use Satori intellectual property in client work

Separate agreements are required for practitioner licensing or certification.

Payments and Refunds

Unless otherwise stated:

  • All course purchases are non-refundable once access is granted.

  • Payment plans must be completed as agreed.

  • Failure to complete payments may result in suspended access.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds where materials have been accessed.

Code of Conduct

Participants agree to:

  • Engage respectfully

  • Avoid providing unsolicited advice to others

  • Not promote external services within Satori programs

  • Maintain professional integrity

Satori reserves the right to remove participants who violate these standards.

Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee:

  • Emotional outcomes

  • Health improvements

  • Business growth

  • Leadership advancement

  • Financial results

Regulatory capacity development varies based on individual and environmental factors.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Satori Co Lab is not liable for:

  • Direct or indirect damages

  • Emotional distress

  • Health-related complications

  • Business or financial outcomes

  • Decisions made based on course material

Participation is voluntary and self-directed.

Recording & Content Use

Satori may record live sessions for educational replay and/or marketing purposes.

By participating in live programs, you consent to recording.

If participant contributions are used for marketing purposes, explicit consent will be obtained.

Amendments

Satori reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time.
The most current version will be published on our website.

Governing Law

By enrolling in a Satori Co Lab course, you confirm that:
